Fayette County High School Homecoming Activities 

Fayette County High School announces its 2017 homecoming activity schedule for the week of September 11-15.

The theme for 2017 is “All Bark, No Bite”. The schedule for student dress-up days is as follows:

Monday = Tacky Tourist Day
Tuesday = Super Hero / Disney Character Day

Wednesday = Twin Day
Thursday = Sports Jersey Day

Friday = Spirit Day (Wear your homecoming shirt/School colors)

The public is invited to a bonfire pep rally to help cheer on the Fayette Tigers

on Thursday, September 14th at approximately 7:30 p.m. in the softball parking lot at FCHS.

On Friday, September 15th, the homecoming parade will begin at approximately 1:00 pm. The parade will begin at FCHS and progress through downtown.

The week’s festivities will culminate on Friday night, September 15th, as the Fayette Tigers face Dora at John Morgan Brown Stadium, Waldon Tucker Field. Kick-off will be at 7:00 pm with the presentation of the 2017 Homecoming Court and crowning of the Queen before the game at approximately 6:30 pm.

If you wish to enter a car or float in the parade, or if you would like to have your class recognized at the game, call the FCHS office at 205-932-6313. All non-school cars/floats are asked to pay $10.00 per entry to assist FCHS with Homecoming costs.
